No. The words typed into the search box are stored without your name or account, to improve results.

While your account is open. After you ask us to delete it, we keep only what the law requires, such as order, payment and tax records for 7 years.

Yes. Most details can be changed on your account page; for anything else, email us and we will correct it.

We tell you why. Reply with the word "appeal" and someone who did not make the first decision reviews it within 60 days.

No. You must be 18 to have an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Emails about your bids, orders, pickups and account security are part of the service. Marketing emails, such as auction alerts, come only if you ask for them.

Use the stop link in any marketing email, or turn alerts off on your account page.

Order emails are part of the service, but you can choose for each kind of alert whether it emails you, from your account's notification preferences.

Yes. You agree to receive receipts, notices and records electronically, and they have the same effect as paper. You can print or save any of them.

Do not reply. Sign in only by typing dealsdmv.com yourself, and forward the email to support@dealsdmv.com. Never put passwords or card numbers in an email.
